How we do it

We recruit, train, support and supervise volunteers as mentors who then work with the young offender.

The mentor uses a number of tool sets to structure the mentoring relationship, including: -

• Introduction to Mentoring
• Better Relationships
• Asserting Myself
• Money Matters
• Getting to Work.

Our Tool Sets are UNIQUE. They were designed in-house, piloted with mentors and with the young men we work with.

They are achieving hugely positive outcomes in terms of our aims: increased self-awareness, changes in thinking, changes in attitude, changes in behaviour.
